Mr. Muhammed Yelwa NDAYA is a trained Market Oriented Agriculture Promotion for Africa (Planning and Management) in Japan and Kenya and a Certified International Project Manager with American Academy of Project Management. He has postgraduate degrees in Agricultural Economics with specialization in Agricultural Finance and Project Analysis from University of Nigeria Nsukka and Farm Management and Extension from University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Nigeria. He has reasonable experience with Federal Capital Territory Agricultural Development Project, working with grass root farmers on food security to increase their income and reduce poverty in different capacities ranging from Village Extension Agent, Block Extension Supervisor, Zonal Planning Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and Deputy Head Monitoring. He has had work experience with USAID, World Bank, DFID and other organizations. He has served with USAID-Nigeria Expanded Trade and Transport Project, aimed at improving trade locally regionally and internationally, implemented by CARANA Corporation, US, as the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation for up to four years.
